It is with a heavy heart that the Glen Williams Town Hall Board must relay the sad news that we have lost one of our own.
Mr. Steve Gemesi passed away on Tuesday, December 14th.
In his younger years he was a tireless worker for the Town Hall and a staunch supporter of anything Glen Williams. Steve was a WWII Veteran, Scout Master for 1st Glen Williams Scout troop and member of the Optimist Club where he ran the snack bar for many decades.
We'll miss him but relieved for him that his struggle is over.
Since there can be no burial in the winter, there will be a spring interment in Glen Williams cemetery in the spring. Visitation at Jones' Funeral Home on Trafalgar, Friday, Dec. 17 2010, from 2-4 and 7-9.
